The Story of Fatima
The events that took place at Fatima in 1917 are among the most beautiful and mysterious ever in the history of the world. Three shepherd children, Jacinta & Francisco Marto and their cousin, Lucia Santos, reported that they had seen a woman "made wholly of light", who visited them six times from May to October of 1917, saying that she was the "Lady of the Rosary" and asking them to bear a message of great hope for all mankind. During her last visit a startling event took place that was witnessed by over 70,000 believers and skeptics alike; the sun seemed to have fallen from the sky and swirled as if dancing, giving off magnificent colors.
